Interesting topic. I can see both points of view.

On one hand its nice to have set teams. Its helps the preparation, flow of game, and familiarity of the team. People know who they are with and how to play with them. Communication really is essential in any team game and set teams could help improve that.


On the other hand having drafts will improve the clan as a whole. Ensuring players learn to adapt to fit the needs of a situation. Learn to effectively communicate to players not familiar with their style or abilities. This method also forces players to play with different people. I have noticed there are a few players that normally just play with their little group.


personally, regarding set teams or a draft, I have a field of fucks I planted. See the results of this below.

just what I thought. Nothing ever grows in that field. If and when I participate in clan wars I dont care how its done. The task remains the same. Kill enemies, win games, wash rinse repeat.
