But there is no one else to blame but Activision themselves for allowing this shit to keep happening ...instead of de-ranking him he should get banned from xbox live period ... lock his fucking system out and that's that ... Activision keeps allowing this shit to happen and honestly all game developers and publishers continue to let this happen and xbox live as well ....
