Clan Wars Medals MIA

I could remember awhile ago talk about CW medals. Unfortunately the concept never materialized. I thought it would be a great concept and another reason to motivate participants. Is this on the back burner or scrapped?

I still want to get this done Joe ...but with the recent events and having to monitor certain things more closely I have not had anytime for it ... Hopefully after this weekend I can get those awards done ....

I do need every Clan Wars Roster Commander to start a thread and post as much information as possible of each clan war from player with most wins to MVP of each clan war ....

I need them to do this and not let it get buried with all the forum activity that is going on ... I need for everyone to also stay active on those threads so that I see the motivation from you guys as well ... I am not going to spend hours working on medals and setting everything up if I don't see the motivation running wild in the forums ...

Way too much going on for me to stop other more important things to work on medals and awards ...

Dam pity the last clan wars didn't count I believe I got the most wins so far in the clan which deserves a metal lol hint hint ))

I'm not sure I like the clan MVP medal. At first I thought it was a good idea but then I saw someone who was MVP and it went to there head and they started spouting off about carrying the team and they thought they did all the work. I would like to not see this award.

Yeah of course we don't want people running around with big heads or anything but when it comes to clan wars we need a bit of motivation, something to get us online and working hard and to feel like we earned something at the end of course that's the number one spot in the division but also it would be nice to have some silverware to show off to our clan mates, we are a family here at CAG but there's always room for some competition with our brothers and sisters whilst we're taking down our enemy's, look im just throwing my thoughts out there and respect Cheech's and Reapers decision no matter what and I will strive to fulfil my duties within in clan weather it's winning the most games helping out with recruitment or running marksman games with our new players

I have no issue with giving medals for clan wars I just don't like the idea of an mvp. Maybe a medal for top three or five contributors. I have seen what singleing out one individual can do.

Again I totally agree mvp is giving someone a big head and could potentially cause someone to think there better than there fellow CAG members when in fact we are a unit not a one man army, but maybe like a badge for say 200 clan war wins, that's an achievement like you get 3 full days to try and achieve that it's not easy, personally 108 wins a hell of a challenge but to earn a badge it has to be above and beyond expectations so yeah around the 150 mark would be a triumphant achievement and I personally think would be a good medal to think about, but again as I said before Cheech's and Reapers decisions no matter what are respected and I'm only a feeder ant throwing my ideas out there

I pike the idea of hitting a milestone like 150 wins. Its the MVP word that I don't like.

There is no MVP in CAG we are a unit we are solid we achieve targets together, if someone takes 1 kill and 40 deaths or someone gets 40kills and 1 death they are both valued equally because they participated and gave it there best and that's what we're here to do
