How would I do the marksman on bf1 if they don't support battlelog.

Just a shot with the round ending kills will be suffice enough as long as you make sure that you can clearly see the score board with your GamerTag and the amount of kills achieved.
If we where to use the weapon like you mentioned we would essentially run into trouble at some point as not everyone will have a weapon with 0 kills.
Like Cheech stated you must always be paired with a full CAG member and they must verify your games.
