OK, so I have my clan entry marksman done. But I see that there are different marksman medals for say BOPS2 and AW. If I wanted to be working on my regular sharpshooter medal and my advanced warfare MARKSMAN, would games count towards both?

You have to have your marksman sharpshooter and expert done before you can work on a game specific marksman
