Yes you're unbenched and on the same team. Though teams may get scrambled up when I go through and finalize everyone's Roster. POC's will remain the same unless you're merged with a higher ranking member that's a diff POC because you're team only has 1 or 2 players etc..etc.

However Kid, I know you originally stated you could be there only 3 hours. So if you end up bailing before you complete the 4 hours that's required, I'm going to count it as a strike. So make sure you're there the ENTIRE day you said you'd be there for.
