At least I can work at my own pace on this one.. no pressure to get the games done, so I imagine they will come a bit easier.

At your own pace yes my Man ...have fun gaming ... as you start getting more and more comfortable you will start seeing these types of games fall in your lap on a consistent basis ..

Yeah.. It's been amazing playing with the clan thus far. My cousin joined in on the fun last night.. I've got mixed feelings on whether or not he is clan material, and at first he said he wasn't interested. But I invited him in to a couple games, and now he is considering the option to join.
I told him that there is no pressure, but just think about it. It's so much for fun playing with a full organized team, you improve, you have fun, you don't die constantly, and you usually win most of your games. My biggest concern would be with his communication - he is use to just going off and doing his own thing in a game - call outs my be troublesome, and I've watched him play, he rarely uses the radar, so I'll see things he doesn't and tell him where somebody is, or if I notice red dots near where he just spawned..
Granted, he can be an amazing player, but he would have a lot to learn coming into a real full clan for the first time.
