Why you either war to win, or dont war at all

Here is why you war to win:

You get 24 hours to scout your two potential enemies. You get to plan your raids with mathematical precision. Or just go with the gut.

You get to use your best troops. You also get to use your clans best troops.

You will not be revenged or lose a ton of resources.

Most importantly. The potential loot. Now it may not seem like much, but as you move higher up and raid the stronger bases in war, the potential profit from war is there. For example, this past war my lowly TH noob account "El Duderino " was able to win 498,000 each elix and gold, and 1560 dark elix. Not bad for two raids worth of work...no spells either (factory upgrading). Even with troop costs the take home is worth it. Now, my TH10 who raided their top two strongest, got even more loot at 922,000 each and 4230 dark elixir) .Believe me, up in TH10 loot is not that easy to get so that sum is pretty juicy. That is why you play to win . A bonus is the gems you win for getting war loot achievements.

Why you really shouldn't war if you aren't gonna fight:
For one it costs a lot of resources to donate to the clan castle and each other AND cook war raiding troops. I should be getting a return for my investments. When we lose a war that costs us resources. A lot of resources when added together...compounding each loss we get.

So, this is my experience running two CoC clans, take from it what you will.

My main clan, [THANATOS] with average 30 members and 35+ war wins, used to war twice a week. Since we are all adults with lives and jobs we eventually started getting tired and finding difficulty upgrading stuff and warring twice a week. So I made [HYPNOS] for those needing an upgrade or wanting to sit out a war. Over time HYPNOS grew as we all took turns managing it. But it starting leaving some of our core members away so we ended that after a few months. We dialled war down to once a week in Thana. This was great for a while but some, me included , wanted more war. We created [SPARTANS] and basically did. 10-15 man wars with the hardcore of the clan. Two raids each or kicked, poor war kicked, earn your way back in kinda deal. 18 war wins later we disbanded it due to family issues with a Co-leader and busy lives. Now we still war once a week in THANATOS.

So I/we have seen all spectrums of war in clash. The once a week deal is probably best for CAG at this time but thats just a thought. Those 4 inactive kill us as it is and when another member misses a war or even a raid it hurts us more.

Lol there's no such thing as opinion credits if you have an idea to help the clan out in CoC then you are more than welcome to voice it, but we should take a look into structuring a war schedule, easiest way is to either change the description or send a clan mail so that everyone is aware and we should have consequences for people who don't use there attacks. ?
