There are a ton of people eligible for this list. If you are either A) A Swing for your current team or B) Not on a list currently but are eligible prior to next Clan wars i.e. your process date falls on or before the end of CW. Then this is your direct contact. Spray will form his team off of the people he plays with and has first priority on picking any 6 players not listed on this until he has his team set in place.
