I wouldn't be opposed to this. The only problem is that eventually we're going to be going against teams just as stacked as us. If we send a team over to Hardcore it could hinder us. Having all the teams working collectively together to attack the same nodes at this point seems to make the most sense.
As Clan Wars progress and we grow as a Company this is definitely something we could put in for consideration though.
I don't mind leading a team. I may be English but being on during clan wars is a given
When our hockey league picks teams, they have a list of members and apply letters to them, based on skill level /position played/ style. This is how they balance out the teams. So many "a" players, "b" players, etc.
My only thought regarding dedicated teams is when one or more members of a dedicated team asks to be benched. If this occurs to multiple teams we could have a harder time meshing. Maybe we should have a similar list based on style and skill, so that gaps or holes can be filled appropriately?

I love this idea. I'd be 100% down for it. This is a great tweak. My only concern is making sure we get the proper label for each player. So it would require an honest self assessment from every single person. I feel if we assigned the labels for each individual player some emotions could get involved. So a self assessment would be the only way I'd be okay with doing this.![]()
Something like this?
Self-Assessment
Skill Level – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (5 Being a True slayer)
Objective Based – A, B, C, D, E (A being the best and it works its way down)
Role Player - F, G, H, I, J ( F being the best and it works its way down)
Skill Level – This is if you feel you have the ability to be a slayer. Slayers are typically those who end with the most kills in a party no matter who they’re playing with.
Objective Based – These are players that primarily enjoy Objective based games and know the meaning of Sacrificing KD in order to push the Objective
Role Player – Role Players aren’t skill in anything in particular. They’re your throw me in a group and I’m down to do it.
The general idea would be for each player go give a Self Assessment for example if you’re a true slayer with the ability to push objectives then you would be a 5A if you feel you have the capability of being a slayer but it depends on what game type and who’s on your team and feel you’re an elite Role player you would be more like a 3-4F
I'm not entirely sure how to do this process and would love to hear more insight from others on this. It's a very interesting idea.
I'm objective player, I'd give my self a B.. skill level 2 but I have connection issues, that's my reasoning.. I have no desire on being a leader at this moment in time maybe in a later date
