Yeah we Usauly required that and thanks for following the rules . But I'd would say since there's not that many of us on the PSN and your trying to recruit and build you a sqaud over there .

I personally would say its ok for you to Run the Clan tag 
If this is cool with any other Generals and leadership in CAG ???

Also keep in mind . If you see another Gamer that you fell will Complement your gameplay and style .
Try getting in contact with them and recruit them if you can .

Try building a squad for you to play with on there 
Were Huge on the Xbox Side .
But I think it would be cool to also see the PSN side grow as well

i couldnt agree more. all we need is a member to act as the ring leader on the ps4 side to get new recruits situated and i think we are at a good start
