For those of you who have access to these forums but not your X1 Hourglass currently, I haven't sent out a message to all those that are qualified for Clan Wars. if you feel I have missed you please let me know and I'll fill you in as well.

we're calling for a meeting. I have a few things I want to put on the Agenda and they are as follows.
I. Lobby Break down
- If Enough people are on and we can get the parties situated for Friday and in place. We can get this done tonight so you know who you're going to be playing with. We'll have a party chat established with 1-2 Reps from each party (Depending on how many lobbies we setup) so we can coordinate nodes in a quick manner. I don't want to stack 1 lobby with all of the slayers. We need to identify our slayers and make sure we're splitting them up.
II. Player Confirmation
- I'm going to be making a list of who isn't and is currently on the roster. As well as confirmation from all players of the amount of time they can contribute to Clan Wars. Think about this carefully because I'll have noted what YOU said you could contribute and we expect you to commit to what is stated by you. We will also get those that are going to be actively involved up and on the Roster during this time.
III. Strategy / Game Plan
- During this discussion, we will discuss a preliminary game plan for Friday and would like feed back from multiple people. It is my gut feeling that TDM will be the heaviest targeted node due to the amount of CP it gives. We need to go in with that expectation and see how we can coordinate ourselves as a Clan to out play / out smart our opponents. #1 is the only option for us as it has been since the launch of AW. So be ready the more prepared we are the better we will be off come CW.
