Recruits however are not sorted by Company since they are not assigned to a company until they pass their 2 week probation .... I think I am going to go back to allowing everyone to add their units in their profiles themselves ....

Yea that could work.. or you can have some one in the unit do it for them. That way it's only one or two making that instead of the recruits. But then again that would show if the recruits really read the canned reply..
