I just usually ignore the daily challenges. More than half the time all you get are enlisted items that you already have in your armory, or have had and have already redeemed points for it before. I would do them more often if I had a higher chance to get elite items, still looking for the Obsidian Steed.
It's nice to do them every now and then for some extra challenge to your match. But every so often they will have an extra prize to them for completing like gloves exo suit and occasionally a weapon on the site of the supply drop you get.
