instead of "too" it should read "to"

no problem cheech. i noticed it once i went back and re-read all the criteria due to my blonde moment... i re-requested one good conduct award as i now have 0. lol

Code of Conduct II Section 1. has 2 or's in a row. And I think the tactical precision medal had whose instead of who's or somthien like that unless I'm wrong idk.

This one was also corrected and the "whose" used instead of "who's" is the correct form of the two to be used here ...
