It means that there's a class action lawsuit you can be involved in for the intrusion in 2011 on SOE, if you've had an account since a certain or before a certain time.

Why would Sony be at fault for something that's out of their control? Microsoft got hacked too.
i think i had my account... hmmmm... maybe early 2012? yeah probably no earlier than that. same year leading up to speculation of next gen... you know the durango/720 debates before the name annoucnement. what CoD was out... think it was BlOps 2 with the walker lookin robots. last one i really played... yeah it was the new year after i signed up so probably 2013 actually. oh well.
