DLC Content Transfer From 360 To X1

Question:

So I bought Advance Warfare for the 360 I got the atlas pro addition. It came with the season pass I also bought a couple of the in game DLC camos.

I then bought AW for the X1 I only got the regular version.

I was told all my DLC would carry over to the X1.

Here's where the question starts Has anyone had issues downloading their DLC on the X!. When I select the item I have already purchased say a camo it says that it has already been downloaded, It wont allow me to open it. It also wont allow me to purchase it again. Yet I cant use it in game it shows its locked.

I called microsoft and they said they knew it was a problem and they would fix it. that was 3 weeks ago still dosent work.

The first map pack is coming soon and if I cant download it on my X1 im going to be pissed.


Any ideas?????

I even deleted and reloaded the DLC and that didnt work.

Phone them again. Be nice to the person on the line, talk to them as if you have been friends for years, chat them up about how crappy it must be getting calls about this problem all the time. One time I talked this girl into giving me Oblivion and Ghosts seasons pass for 360 when I bought it for One and I knew full well it wasn't supposed to back transfer.

Ya just gotta know how to work it with the service people on the phone. Just remember they are people too and they respond when you relate to them. Talk about how customers can be jerks on the phone, about how bad it must have been at holiday time with the ddos attacks. Shit like that. It's pretty easy really.

When I talked to them I was very nice. I spoke with 3 different people and what i was finally told was that they new it was a problem and that they were working on it and they would call me when it was fixed.
