To be honest, the scorestreaks in this game are very similar to those in Ghosts, boring, unproductive, and offer little to compensate sacrificing class points for them.
My go to streaks in most call of duty games are a uav, predator missle, and some type of player controlled craft, substitute predator missle for any other middleclass streak like a helicopter and you have a killstreak setup that can garner you 60+ kills even in bad lobbies.
However AW and Ghosts are designed similar in that they don't place much emphasis on streaks, nor the amount of points you earn by using them. However, Black Ops 2 did which enabled me to have plenty of 100+ kill games using the streak setups. These streaks however are lacking and quite honestly I advise to just put the extra points into making your class solid.
When I do want to hoard up a bunch of kills, I generally run an Assault drone with ar hud and rockets, generally earns 3-10 kills per use, and relatively cheap. Warbirds are essentially paladins but with 100 points less of the cost, so I recommend using them with rockets which still only garners around 3-10 kills per use if even that.
Basically, I recommend not using streaks most of the time and instead using those points to bolster up your class to help you survive longer and ultimately reduce your deaths and up your kills.
It's been easy in all other call of duties to rack up kills I feel with the exo suit your average player has gotten a little better, but still easy to drop at least 20 kills game in tdm and 40+ on objective game types

true it was different on black ops 2 and i get where your coming from wity the goliath speed
i agree most of my class are without killstreaks
