I used to be a hardcore CoD guy. Then Ghosts came out followed by X1. I was sick of Ghosts and lets be honest BF looks godly on X1. After some games of BF and finding CAG and my Whiskey brothers, I was hooked. Call of Duty isn't what it used to be. Or maybe it is and thats the problem. I don't know but I can play BF for HOURS. and be fine and after 20 min of CoD I am ready to pull my hair out. Last night for example we played a long ass game of Domination w 6 ppl and it was a blast. But regardless, we are getting off topic.
What recruits are leaving, Mr. Fundy? Its the job of a Platoon Cmdr and Platoon SGT to take care of all recruits. And I feel according to a thread from Cheech that I don't remember where Inread so forgive me if it doesn't come our right, but all recruit activity is done bo higher than a Company cmdr. So if recruits are leaving it has very little to do w admin regardless of what they are playing. This is just my outlook.

I haven't seen any one leave of lately, looks everything is going good for everyone. Again as stated earlier, I was just asking have anyone felt there leadership isn't there for them mainly.

In alpha company I run the recruits. I delegate to my two fire team leaders and they pair the recruits with full members. I feel we have built a strong Alpha company. The only recruits that leave or don't become full members are the ones that don't put in any effort, never return a game invite, won't accept a friend d request. These are members we don't want anyway. I can't think of a single recruit that wanted to be here that we didn't get through the program. Some need a little extra help and that's OK. Some of them finish the trial period with marskman sharpshooter and a few games of expert. But think the teamwork they all showed this clan war proves the system works perfectly. Not a single member has ever said I'm leaving cause I can't get a game with a high ranking member.

For the most part, 1st platoon is. When I was trying to update user profiles I asked for an updated one several times w no response for 2nd Platoon. I think Bear did the roster but I know he gave the proper folk ample time beforehand.
