If you want to leave the door is open no one is holding you back. You "will" get plenty of support and members who back you up and stand behind you and agree with you and that is fine, but for you to say there is "Politics" involved in this clan is insulting to "ME" ....
I don't do things with "Politics" in mind never have and never will, you said it yourself, you joined this "alliance" thinking it was a raiding alliance that helped each other and because "We" as leaders and co-leaders are trying to accommodate and provide you guys with a complete gaming atmosphere and a place to get together with others so that you guys can "Level" up and you are not getting the help when you want it you feel the need to "bash" my clan and my co-leaders, the "leadership" .....
Shitty it might be Rza, but the disagreements between the players and members who play Destiny is what has kept us and "Me" from setting everything in stone regarding the medals.
You have been here long enough to know how much time goes into making the medal designs first of all and also coming up with the requirements for them.
Why was there a meeting about anything regarding Destiny in the first place after I specifically said that until this weekend I wanted everyone to relax and wait for us to discuss this in a meeting at the end of the week ...
So shitty yes it is, but also you guys don't have a clue what goes into running a clan, probably the only clan around that is handling just about every single game out there right now that is being played by gamers and doing a very good job at it.
Again, if you guys would just play the game together as members of CAG and allowed us to come up with the medals since that seems to be the biggest deal right now you guys would be able to get these "Raids" done "TOGETHER" ...
You blast others for being selfish because they want to earn "badges" yet you don't think it is selfish to just want to rank up to level 32 ... Who's to say you won't leave CAG after you rank up to level 32 or higher and then you just pack up and leave like you are threatening to do so now because you can't rank up like you expected to do so?
Jgod69 if you want to leave that is fine, door is open. But I guarantee you "Will Not" find another clan out there that is able to do the things this clan is doing right now. Is everything 100% flawless, fuck no..nothing is ... But this is why other clans don't last and members jump from clan to clan because they have "ZERO" patience ...
On top of having to deal with Destiny I have 7 other clan issues and matters that "I" have to personally deal with this weekend when "I" just got an XBOX 1 from my g/f who dropped $600 because she wanted me to play with my clan and friends but instead I have to deal with all this bs yet you don't see me bitching about it right, until now !!!!
So how's that for "Leadership" , a fucking Leader who sacrifices his own "fun time" and "gaming time" and personal time even at home to try and get all this done so that "YOU" can have a place to get together with others. Yet you have no idea on how to even do that !!!! and all you have to do is just be a member of this clan and "rank up" ....nothing else is being asked of you.

Cheech I'm sorry you took this as a personal attack on your leadership and accomplishments with organizing this many games because it wasn't meant to be. I stated in my letter that my issues was with Destiney leadership but I obviously did not make that clear enough.
Also I've been 32 since I joined the clan and have spent countless hours helping clan members leveling up not only their main characters to get too 32 but their alternate characters as well.
my main point was that we were in the middle of a fight and a meeting was more important than even finishing the checkpoint we were on. (I did not need this raid, I only put it together for clan members to get gear and shards. I have everything but 1 item from Crota.)
this was not meant to start drama or get anyone in trouble. I was hoping it would put some light on some issues so we could fix them or someone could tell me my play style does not fit here and to hit the road.
I enjoyed playing with you today. And thanks for the help. You didn't even think twice when I asked for help.
Jgod69 unfortunately "I" am the only one right now that is working on awards and medal designs for all games , I have had a few other members volunteer but for one reason or another they still haven't been done ...
While it may seem to most that putting together a medal is easy, it actually is not ...
I was going to work on awards and medals today but no one responded in the Destiny awards thread except for Randy ... I am tired, I have the flu and I am mentally and physically exhausted since I don't take medicine when I am sick and just let my body fight it off ...
I will get to designing awards and medals for Destiny and other games when I can ... if there are other people who wan to help with designing medals and awards they know what to do ... but right now I am not going to do any ....
I get what you're saying Cheech my concern was more towards low level destiny players no receiving help while the guyz who have ranked up high in the game stick together. What if a new recruit joins the clan and he's level 2 I'm sure someone will help him with his marksman but after that no one helps him because he's ranked so low and everyone else ranked higher then him no one will game with him. I have the game and I'm not ranked high so what I have to look forward to when I do get my interweb back is ill have to play destiny alone because I'm not ranked high enough or I'll have to play with randoms
That flu going around is nasty. My mom got hospitalized with it. As for helping with the medals I absolutely would help but have no clue how to do it.
As as for helping low level people we just setup battle buddy teams like what we did today and help power level people up. High level players need to farm glimmer anyways so it is a win win situation

All you do is use a high level as a meat shield and blow past all the trash mobs while you play everything on heroic
Yup that's how I was treated. I finally got jgod parch and covie to help. But parch actulky left the hire levels unlike everyone else and he helped me get to 20. Thanks parch
