Essentially what Thenudecowboy said. All your time based ones you're able to request yourself. Just like any of the Veteran of former games / prestiges etc. you can do yourself as well, only ones you can't do are the ones that need verified.

Remember you guys ...careful how quickly you guys are submitting requests and recommendations for awards ... allow a couple of minutes (5 minutes) preferably in between requests and recoms for awards ... This prevents overload of our server since the awards feature is quite server intensive ...
