Ok dispite of this, few years back I was going to the gym regularly but for some reason I wasn't disciplined and I got out but now I want to go back but this time just to bulk up a bit (noticeably) and just maintain it.
After doing some looking around I've heard people say eat every two hours. I chow down and I really do compared to my brother(s) but I don't see the gains. Obviously I don't do it disciplined but Mr. Gym whats your advice on the "every 2 hour deal"
Goals for 2015
Bulk up in Size just noticeably bigger
Get back into playing indoor/outdoor soccer
So Gym what do you think ?
