Run that speedtest, compare it to what you are supposed to be getting.
I would do hard resets on your modem and your router. IF you continue to get terrible connection call the internet provider and bitch. Continue to call and bitch till they fix it and/or give you a free month or two service. When they drop off at our house, I call and complain, they deny it. I start to get frazzled give my wife the phone. Walk away, come back, we have a discount on our next bill.

But I have had quarrels with my Internet provider in the post so it will be no surprise that they fucked it up again.
I did the test and it said I had 50 down and 5 up so ima smack a hoe.
Are you lagging today?
The idea is to test this when you are lagging, then on your Xbox do that test as well. The two need to match for the most part. One question I forgot to ask, are you using the wireless connection for your xbox or wired?
