Seems there is some confusion on how you earn Marksman, Sharpshooter, and Expert. This has been addressed before but it seems some may not understand it or have missed the posts. For some this will feel like beating a dead horse.
Marksman:
You earn this badge to become a full member everyone knows the requirements. If you don't go look at the tab at the top and find them.
Now here is where the confusion comes in.
Sharpshooter:
You must then earn your Sharpshooter badge. All games played no matter the score go toward sharpshooter. YOU MAY NOT BANK, STORE, HOLD, KEEP, OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU WANT TO CALL IT games for Expert. You MAY NOT work on expert unless you have a Sharpshooter badge. Sharpshooter may only be worked on once you have a Marksman badge. I don't know any other way to say this. If you are unclear come find me and I will break it down letter by letter for you.
Expert:
You must first earn your Sharpshooter. There are no exceptions to this. You must have the Sharpshooter badge listed in your profile under awards.
Here is the only exception to the above. If you choice to earn your Pistol Marksman you may do this after you earn the regular Marksman. The same goes for Pistol Sharpshooter it can be earned after you earn your regular Sharpshooter, Expert falls in line with the other two. You can earn it after completion of your Expert badge.
After this there should be no more confusion. No one should be posting a Marksman thread along with any other Sharpshooter or Expert thread.
After all of this I think we should require a date to put on the post for the games. That way we can insure that they do not overlap, I require all Alpha company recruits to post a date with their games. It dose not require any additional time so it should not be a problem to do unless you are trying to hide something. If that is the case then you should take a look at yourself in the mirror.
