    Patch Notes/discussion


    In case anybody ever wants to check out patch infos here's the link to the page with the systems and recent patch dates at the top. Clicking on your system will explain in detail what they patched.

    Seems like the recent one on 360 we were wondering last night was just a small one for connectivity and whatnot.

    Not only was havoc patched in last night but other stuff as well.... The important things from this patch would also be some weapon balancing:

    Weapon Balancing Updates [Pending] (Note: Adjustments affect base weapon and all loot variants):
    • HBRa3: max damage range increased
    • AE4: reduce recoil, increase number of shots before overheating
    • EPM3: reduce recoil
    • MK14: reduce recoil
    • Tac-19: max damage range increased, reduced spread when using Gung-Ho
    • S-12: increased fire rate, reduced spread when using Gung-Ho
    The other changes (which was quite a bit but not worth noting unless you care to know) are listed in the link I have in the first post.

    I love how they buffed the Tac-19 and HBRa3 but increased fire rate rather than damage and range on the S-12 seems dumb to me. They should have increased the fire rate and or damage on the EPM3 and no buffs for the AMR9/XMG?

    Michael Condrey sent a tweet saying more weapon buffs will be happening over the next weeks... They claim they didn't want to do everything all at once or something but to ease the changes in.

    Lol at the claims of these fixes .. all bs if you ask me ... regardless of what they do they will still find a way to screw something up .... They have no clue on how to actually make any weapon work how it should .... still no way smg's should be so damn accurate and be used and kill you from across the map .... sniper rifles in hardcore seem to always be weaker than in core...wtf is that even possible?

    Plus with all the variants there's bound to be unbalance somewhere no matter what.. If they have problem balancing in the past with lower amounts of weapons 200+ weapons should only magnify the balancing issue. Alot of games have balance issues though so I'm not complaining I'm just saying it doesn;t help to have a ton of weapons and expect stuff to be fair. I actually like when theres unbalance since it allows me to be trolly if I want to be and use unique/fun weapons.

    I like that they updated the recoil on the AE4 but I have been using the ak12 r.i.p.
    I think I might play with AE4

    I think they do that to see if you have any skill with it in hardcore. I use the one shot sniper and I can say it's good in hardcore and in core.
