Recruiting

Just brainstorming here but for events like iron banner. Would it be a good idea for the recruitment guys to know how many people in the clan were able to get to lv 5 and 4. Then use that number to show how the clan helps people max out the events so they can get the end of event loot. I personaly am not an iron banner/crucible fan but those who don't like to raid obviously play the game for this aspect of the game. I haven't seen the recruitment advertisement but maybe this and a raid video would help spruce it up some. Just brainstorming, anyone have any better ideas or why this wouldn't work?

I hit 4, could've finished out 5, but no real reason to as I had already gotten what I wanted out of it at that point. It was great fun running with clan members!

Iron Banner saved my bacon! I got a legendary chest piece and gauntlets and that same weekend I got an exotic helmet. 3 levels in one weekend! I can finally to Raids and Nightfalls and such!

Recruiting is in no shape or form ready to get started back up yet. that doesn't mean we can't start forming a recruitment plan based off of best practices and anything new you think could help create a recruitment plan. We should try to get everything ready to go before recruitment launch so as to hammer out the kinks and make the re-launch successful.
