hard reset of all parties involved usually fixes this issue.
for any player who does not know how to hard reset an X1 - hold your finger on the off button/ logo until the xbox switches off (5-10 seconds of holding)
Don't lie Carnage you know you muted Cheech but yea Beast mode I was high as fuck that day it was funny as hell.

Bro, we were all cracking up. You were cussing at us like "Fuck you guys, now I'm starting to like Call of Duty" and just saying all sorts of random shit. You made it damn near impossible to actually play the game haha.
I already did a hard reset ...I couldn't hear Carnage or others at times ... makes no fucking sense ...
On top of that ...the invite system on xbox one just sucks ass ...the most fucked up navigation system ever !!!!

I agree with everything sad here and I'm pretty sure I said very similar if not the exact same things not so long ago.... 360 navigation is so much better and parts of the X1 experience can be just buggy and frustrating as shit

It's a pain but when you finally figure out the Xbox one CheechDogg you'll never go back to the Xbox 360 I have two of them and haven't used one since the Xbox one day one release
