And again why are recruits not posting thier own marksman threads

Well just like Cheech does with everything I have given alot of thought to this. Here is why I have the guys I work with make a recruits first marksman post.Originally Posted by CAG GypsyOutlaw
1. It insures that it put in the right place.
2. Most of the recruits have never used a forum before so this is just a little thing we can do to help ease them into posting.
3. We require them to subscribe to the thread, so this show s them how to subscribe to a thread.
4. We stop game play as soon as a recruit get his first game and walk them through these steps one at a time while in party chat. that if there is any questions we are both looking at it together.
5. It shows the recruit the format for the post so that we get all the info we need to confirm games.
6 It gives us a chance to give some positive feedback and encourage them to keep up the good work.
7. Most importantly it gives them a good feeling about CAG the new clan they have just joined and it helps them not feel overwhelmed by everything.
If we are not allowed to make the first post for them please let me know and I will have my guys stop. But for me I have only seen positive effects of this step in the process I have put together for the new recruits of Alpha company.

I'd like to know as well. If I'm doing anything wrong it surely wasn't my intention. I love this clan so if I'm not suppose to make the first post for them just let me know

Duck you have done nothing wrong Im the one who has put this together I hold all responsibility. If it is incorrect We will make a change.
well I for one think if you are taking the time to do all this and they are there with you then they should still be the one posting their own thread as hands on is better
been done this way since I was a recruit and never been an issue
