Hey guys I kinda need help...I've been in CAG for about five months I have my clan invite for COD ghosts but I've been reseted as a recruit all over and I just need to know why is that happening...please help

I would also like to know I asked this a little bit ago and was told that someone would look into it. Im a bit ashamed I didnt stay on top of this. My understanding was that he completed the marksman once before. I dont know when his current 2 weeks started or ended or if he even needed to do it again. Any help would be great.
