Epic Moments Dogtags (easteregg???)

Has anybody else noticed something strange about the epic moments dogtags in BF4. I mean like they all have a bullet hole as can easily be seen but in some of them it looks as if the hole blocking out either a number or form of code. Is there a way to like merge them all together or something to find out whats missing? Is what's missing the key to the megladon on parcel storm or even a hidden objective in the phantom program? Can someone tell me if I'm insane and if i stop trying to start a wild goose chase. However if you too feel like somethings up please feel free to post a reply.

I dont remember the phantom program having that in it

It didn't but the developers continue to post saying that there is more to the game (even hints to the program) and I just think that the we have explored almost everything in the maps themselves, but what about what's hidden in the unlocks
