as for claiming medals for other titles previously played, there is an element of trust involved - just request the mw3 medals and such

if you have a screenshot linked to an upload site like photobucket etc then by all means you can include the link in the request field when making the request for your desired medal
You can request these from the allocated awards page
I have them on my iPad and can so I can put them on twitter or summit like that then send the link
