Twitch Streaming Probs

Well like the title says last while iv been trying to stream everytime I play no matter weather its bf4,titanfall or destiny.
Seems though when I try to broadcast it starts off fine then the red light hits me and it says lagging and proceeds to say to lower my broadcast settings.
I know for a fact the problem isn't my isp or my connection as I get close to 50mbps.
Any help with this would be much appreciated and welcomed,have any of u guys had any problems in the same area??

Just the broadcast on xboxone twitch app randy,that's all.

Twitch is super useful I use that to record my longer gameplay. The only downside is

Go to twitch and sign in to your own account and then scroll down to broadcast and then set it up and then broad cast it quite easy m8.

Its set up an all iv had a twitch account for over a year now,as I mention above as soon as I start to broadcast it gives me the red light says lagging and says to lower stream quality.
I know the problems not my broadband as I get nearly 50mbps.

What do you use to broadcast, I just use the app on twitch and it goes fine for me buddy.
