And I've been running into the same issues with new recruits adding me as a friend, but never joining or wanting to play.

Also, I am having new recruits attempt to play some games, but fail to meet the Marksman requirements for their selected game mode, and then they quit and do not try to attempt any more games with me or any other CAG member in the PS Division.

I am hoping to get this turned around, and have the recruits complete at least some games toward their Marksman badge and becoming a full member, but it seems they only want to join for a day or so, but then change their minds when they are having trouble completing games toward their Marksman.

I'm at a loss, but hopefully we continue to get new recruits that show their dedication and want to complete this shit.

Again, if anyone needs any help on PS3 COD: AW or COD: Ghosts, please let me know!
