Spitfire Johnny is your squad leader. But his activity is off and on. I'm going to double check his marksman and then I will recommend his awards.

Okay I'll watch for the awards as well. So being his activity is on and off, who would step in his place as squad leader? At least for 360. How would I move up in ranks to obtain that type of role?

Keep helping with recruits. Recruiting, obtain your weapons awards. Being active on forums. Do all those will help you rank up in CAG.

No deadline. Same rules as the marksman, just got to obtain 600 kills.
