I imagine this would take a huge amount of work to manage/ update..... Short if going through all marksman threads, reading and recording to then Input the data on each members page all done manually, I can't see how else's this could be maintained
Short of having an application style firm to fill out for each marksman game which in itself makes the whole process quite tedious... Then to code this in with the existing profiles to auto update the info from the completed marksman games form...
Great idea but lots and lots of work. It raises the question of "is it worth it?"

As one peep who's currently in the recruitment phase, I feel what makes the difference is CAG Doggs "action" when recruits ask for help. It's in the "doing" that encourages newbies and fleshes out CAG's core values.
I agree with the referrals list, but I see its audience as CAG Doggs. I wouldn't have necessarily reached out to someone for help just because they had list of "notches on their profile." CAG RzaRay: I don't mean to imply that "notches..." were your intent of the list. Trust me; recruits KNOW and respond to positive ACTION of CAG Doggs.
Positive, CAG-based mentoring breeds and spreads like wildfire. I've been GIGANTICALLY helped in the recruitment process; that makes me want to, in turn, pass that help on. High- and low-ranking peeps have been amazingly patient, kind, laid back, and downright fun to be around...promoting healthy clan life.
Anyone who's raised children knows that what is SAID can (and often does) get eclipsed by what is DONE in parents' lives. Same-same in Clan life...at least that's how I see it.
