Is there a way to have list of recruits that a member has helped added to each members profile. So when new recruits check a members profile and see a list of recruits that has been helped they will know that that member is a go to person for help getting marksman done.

In Call of Duty, they use the mentor person. This gives new recruits like a partner. Is this what you are referring to Mr. Ray?

At the bottom of everyones profile is a list of people they have recruited. I know Alpha company's canned reply has a list of people that a recruit should add as friends. Anyone should be able to help a recruit.

You know how you go to someone profile and it tells you all kinds of stuff about that person. Why not a recruits helped list you can click on and you can see a list of the recruits that person has helped. It was just a thought

This would be hard to do. I know that with the recruits I work with that they some games with me or Killfrost of another member. So who would you give the " credit to " All members help recruits.

It's just a list would show people proof that a person is reliable in helping. We have a list of people in our canned reply also and some of them hardly help

Yes say if you go to my profile you can see a list of the people iv helped with their marksman. Which would be a few hundred. Lol well not quite that mini
