I like core teams and rules idea. That would make everything so much simpler for partying up. Only 8 to a party is what killed our organization last night, other than that it was ok for first time.
I feel like set teams could bring some other benefits too. Example would be fireteam leaders can recruit for their fireteams and try to bring in players.
Another would be that guys will want to get on the forums and join up our scrims. I think we need to have some kind of forum requirement for these scrims so that it's fair as far as who's on who's team and getting everyone on at the same time. That would help a lot with organization.
We'll work on this but last night was a good start.

It says on my profile I am a fireteam leader, but this roster does not reflect that. Also, I do not see Sphere or a few others regulars on that list....
It would be nice, if I am a leader, to know who is on my team, so I can get ahold of my guys and we can start practicing together.....

Apologies Stain that is not up to date. We have a few positions in Whiskey that are in limbo at the moment and they will be filled shortly. After that we will be revamping the roster likely around who is active on forums and wants to be in these scrims. Thanks for your patience Stain and don't worry with your forum activity and working on your Expert you will be a big part of this process.

ok, thats cool, you guys decided to make me a leader recently, and whatever role you need me in, I'm just trying to make sure I pull my weight.....
So being a leader, I thought I should find out who is on my team and start leading! lol
Should I just go with that roster for now? or is there a way to find out who is currently on my team?

It is so hard to manage 16 people with only a party system that allows 8 people max.
We wouldn't need to necessarily have the teams picked but just have everyone attending accounted for. Me and sphere were so confused on who was playing and halfway when we were done picking teams 3 more joined.
Having captains in a party together with a list who is playing would be really easy.
Then the captains write down whoever is on their team and then when the captains are finished with selection they back out and just send an invite to all of the people on their teams.
It was very disorganized and that is accounted to my fault not knowing how to use the server settings.
If everyone could just use the forums who participated it would solve everything lol.
