Also as far as people not in fireteams I think we need to change our format so that guys are on a team.

Maybe even a quarterly (every 3 months) new draft to switch it up a bit.

When you mean fire team on fire team what does this exactly mean? Is it the ones already in place? I thought fire teams and leaders were meant for more chain of command. I don't think we should mess with that.
