So I am going to make the recruit wait. I make this decision not because I think the recruit will do something out of line but on the basis that it just isnt done. I think the recruit will make a great CAG Dogg and I want to instill the time tested methods that have worked so well in the past. Thanks for the input.

No reaper. If you feel like the person is a great fit into our family then go for it. What me and cheech are saying is be careful who you invite. She might be a great member but say some one a month from now might be a great member but ends up flaking out. I have yours and frost's back no mater what and I will go down fighting with you till the end.

Let's get clear some things up really quick ...and this is directed to you breaks as I am not going to text back and forth ...

All questions regarding the clan need to be asked on the forums and private messages need to be avoided as much as possible ..whether Reaper asked you in private message or not , I need all questions asked on the forums so that "YOU" don't need to answer that question again in the future and people can use the forums to get their answers ...Reaper asked a question ... as an officer you need to answer his question without the smart ass remarks ..whether you believe it was not a smart ass remark or not I don't care !!!

Reaper is busting his ass off and even "I" took your comment/remark as you being condescending .... careful of how you choose to answer someone's questions "especially" when they have to do about recruiting and or about the clan ... you are an officer and I expect a lot more from my officers ....

This is what you "should of" of said from the beginning instead of saying that there was no need for him to post on the forums ...

So based on the search I just did if I want to do a direct invite I just make a tread for it and give an explanation. Is this correct?

What I got is you do the direct invite and when that person joins make a thread saying they were given a direct invite probably on who they are and their gt I would even put in the thread that gets made for them when they get into CAG and then you would go to the Awards and Medals tab and recommend that person for a DOGG tag. Should work right?

Im going to think about this for a bit. The recruiting process is laid out the way it is for a reason. I dont know that I want change a time tested method.

The recruiting process is there for ppl who are not connected at all with people in the clan. If you know the person and you know they are going to be loyal and not just give up but you are confidant that they will be with CAG and show loyalty then in my opinion let them in. If you have to interview them and ask what do they think of CAG so far. If they are like me and they love CAG and they never want to leave and are very enthusiastic about being in CAG then dont make them go through the two weeks and show them that by them being loyal to you and working their asses off on being in the clan be loyal to them right back and recommend them for the DOGG ribbon. I mean she has a marksman and a fricking Sharpshooter. She must be enthusiastic somewhat or she is just damn good. Find out though ask her what she thinks of CAG.

    Yes correct ....

Guys the direct invite is something that should only be used in special circumstances ... I will leave it up to you guys to decide when to use it ... keep in mind that 95% or more of our current members have gone through the whole recruiting process and every once in a while you will have one of those recruits as members posting how it was all worth it even the 2 week wait... but a direct invite is available and you guys can choose to use it when you guys want to ... just remember that a direct invite carries your stamp of approval...
