"Playstation Members PSN ID Profile Instructions"
This is a guide to get your PSN Account Visible in your profile. It will be a picture that will display your trophies and such, and is needed for the Playstation side of things.
- First, got http://www.playstation.com
- Then, Log in with your PSN ID and Password.
- Once you're logged in, you will want to hover your mouse pointer over your Playstation
Username in the top bar of the Playstation website, located to the left of the search bar.
- This should give you a drop down box that contains many options, the important one being, “My Account.”
- Click on, “My Account,” and then you will be brought to a page that says, “Manage Your Account Settings.”
- On this page, you will want to scroll down until you find the icon that says, “Portable ID.”
- Click the, “Portable ID,” icon.
Now, you should be good to go as far as your PSN Gamer file showing up in your profile.
I did not have to paste the link anywhere, and it showed up automatically in my profile one I had my PSN ID Field completed with my PSN ID.
Please note, that you need to put your current Gamer Username for the PSN field in your profile settings. This means, whatever name you use with your Playstation online, needs to go in that field.
Until you activate your portable ID, your Gamer file in your Profile will be a broken Link, and will not display properly until you go through these steps I have listed for you.
