    This thread is soo fucked up. I mean come on. But congrats on the promotion. Hopefully it will be worth it. Sometimes moving up can mean more stress and not enough pay to make up for the stress and more hours you would have to work. But then if it is going in the direction that you eventually want to end up if could very well be worth it. Me I am a DSP and the position above me is a SRDSP and they have more paper work to do and I have enough as it is I dont need the extra work load and the extra stress
