Marksmen
1. Recruit must be with at least 1 other CAG member for all matches.
2. Recruit must complete 5 strike missions that are COMPARABLE to their level.
3. Recruit must get at least 35 kills per strike and die no more than 2 times.
4. A picture must be taken at the end of each mission OR a link submitted for verification purposes.

Sharpshooter
We all know that marksmen is strikes. How about getting some Weekly Heroic on their because sometimes it does have a leveling system. For example I'm a level 30 and I was able to do it in Level 30 w/ Killasam & Newly.

I'd say 10 Weekly Heroics 50 Kills & Less than 2 Kills.

Expert

Then with expert you have go Weekly Night Fall with similar stats as above.

Now keep in mind that both Sharpshooter & expert's deal are harder than the marksmen couterpart. Now I would like to see what the Destiny group thinks about this ?

Is this something we can start the foundation for the sharpshooter & expert ....

I like your idea for the Sharpshooter. Maybe there is a lesson here for the things like in the difference between Core and HC in CoD. Some people may not be levels high enough for the Weekly's. They did add higher level strike missions though for like level 28 and such though right? So maybe for the SS, do either:

5 Weekly Heroics - 50k/2d
OR
10 Comparable level strikes - 40/2

Then for the expert, you bump these numbers, and maybe throw in the Weekly nightfall for your higher level players. And boost the count for your lower level players.

Some things that will never change about Destiny, teamwork is always important, so if you don't have a good team, then it makes it that much harder. Like with the Nightfall, teamwork is very important. And with the Raid, even more so. I still have not completed a RAID, mainly because every time I get on, there are not enough ppl to do a RAID on Destiny. Sad but true. So if I was trying to get my Expert based on that, I couldn't. However, can always find 2 people or at least 1 for strike missions. Just thoughts.

The reason this is taking you guys so long is because of you guys are the ones making it more difficult that it should be ..

Even though I am not playing these games you guys just need to get the requirements based off of simple kills and deaths ... while we don't require a certain k/d ratio we do want to see recruits keep their deaths to a minimum so that we know we are not going to be losing games because of them dying all the time ...

Keep it simple you guys, it's been months and you guys still have not come to an agreement for these requirements ...

Well I haven't been playing the game as much in the beginning. Those requirements are subject to chqnge if needed. Their gonna be listed with the COD n BF weapon badges

I only have a partial answer for you, as far as I know, Randy is helping Parch, a few others and myself get destiny on its feet, that's as much as I know
