Um I Am Totally Confused

Okay so I know I have earned my marksman and my DOGG medal but they are not being displayed on my profile. So is there like a computer error going on? If the good ol CAG staff can fix this for me I would greatly appreciate it. I also put in a request for the Halo Award and other games Award since I played them.

Did you get the PM saying you received an award for those you stated above?

They do take a bit of time. CAG staff has to confirm the award. Once that is done it will be applied to your profile. Dont worry it will show up soon.

Beyond confirming them someone will then have to approve them in the back end of the website. Maybe you'll luck out and the person who confirms will be an admin. Either way, just be patient and someone WILL get that taken care of ASAP. A lot of the admins work and/or have wives/kids.

In all honesty I think they disappeared when I was banned from lack of communication and misunderstanding and then let back in. I do have the email saying they were awarded. But I got them back in August and I was banned I think beggining of this month or end of last month without realizing I was banned and then Randuken let me back in cause he realized it was a misunderstanding. So now they are just missing. Or was forgotten to be regiven.
