Hey guys it seems to me, and maybe I am way off beat here, but that a lot of things are falling into Cheech's lab to get done. I don't know how much can be done by other members but we need to find a way to help out. What I am talking about is not just coming up with ideas to make the clan better but the day to day stuff that seems to be slipping through the cracks.

Cheech if possible can you provide some members with some responsibilities to help lighten your work load.

Im happy to take on any task you need done. Just let me know. This is all of our home we need to chip in and keep it running smooth. We need to be held accountable.

As clan members and CAG Doggs, I expect you guys to recruit all the time, to help recruits like you guys were helped by current members ... You guys got mentored and I expect the same from you guys ..

As to staff work, all that is being handled pretty well right now even though we have tons and tons of applications pouring in daily ... the recruiters and first point of contacts with the recruits need to assign these recruits to other Doggs (mentors) so that everything is running smoothly ...

Yes my plate is full, yes at times it gets a bit overwhelming ...but as the leader of this clan I try to stay as composed as possible and if I need to speak out about something I do it .... I have great help in guys like Gypsy, Covie, Toxic, Randy, Brotal, Merzin, Breaks just to name a handful of the guys who make this clan run accordingly ... I am not saying I don't need help because I actually do, but the heart of CAG is really the recruits and new members who are just figuring things out ...

My process for everything is very methodical, I think of how to do things weeks and months in advance even a year or two ... while it might seem a bit arrogant to some I am a very tactful and disciplined planner ...

Just ask guys like Merz who from the get go he made it pretty clear he was going to be very persistent about becoming an officer and leader in this clan ...I don't think I have put anyone through more shit than Merz, yet he stuck it out and kept fighting for what he wanted ... He still does things with much persistence and passion which is what just about every officer has done to get where they are at ...

So my point? It's all up to you Reaper on how far and how fast you want to do things and get things done here with CAG ... you already show tons of initiative and passion for gaming and love for CAG ..... as a recruiter/squad leader you have all the tools at your disposal to build something strong and setting your stamp in CAG ...

I really hope no one feels like I was taking a shot at anyone. It was not my intention to say that people weren't doing their jobs. I know we have had a huge influx of members / recruits in the short time I have been here. I know that the more there are them more work there is. I am having a blast working with the recruits and working my way up the system. I am willing to do any task that needs to be done.

No no no , not at all REaper ..that is just me letting you know that I am always up for the challenge of being a clan leader ... my guys, every single one of them does a great job and they each have their own method of doing things ... like I said, I always need the help ..but finding the right people is not always an easy thing to do...from past experiences, I have learned that taking my time especially when selecting staff is very crucial and can have a huge impact both positive and negative on the clan ...

Your post was a great one ... it had a great point in that spreading the responsibilities between more people would lighten up the work load for me ...but I need to know that the people whom I choose to give those responsibilities to are capable and willing to take them on ...

I think that by now my Man you have already seen the way I do things around ...if you didn't like it you wouldn't be here and I am sure you know that you can speak your mind around here as long as you do it with respect ....
