Hell yea I just didn't want to over step my bounds as a low ranking member in CAG I believe in following certain guidelines at lower ranks and being respectful to those higher ranked than I and I would do recruiting anyway but I wouldn't have had the gal to start a squad without the okay from one higher than I. But I'm glad to know it is okay to show that initiative.

In other clans I've been in with ranking systems nobody under a Sargent was allowed to be a leader mainly because it was an earned privilege and they wanted to make sure u were trained enough first and u first had to colead a squad before u could lead and then u needed a coleader before u could make a squad. That was CNR. I was with them for a year or so and was a squad leader of over 30 members and recruits. So I do have some experience but I'm the type of guy who does not want to step on anyone's toes and come off as an ass thinking I have a right to do shit when really I don't believe I do I believe in going through the proper channels.

You have permission to start building your squad ..you wont of course get designated as a fireteam or squad leader until you actually put together a fireteam or squad and you are promoted to Lance Corporal or Sergeant ....

Shadow as you know, I'm building Destiny and I'm a believer in Choice. In the coming days I'm looking for ways to get Destiny built with a member base. I want you to tell me if you want to remain in Destiny or move over to Bravo Co (Formely Kilo) in the coming days.
We have a Recruit with Destiny who finished his marksmen.

Some of my ideas is to have:

Raid Teams
Crucible Teams
Strike Teams

I've played crucible this past weekend and it's not that bad. I'm all about taking these games to the next level.
Let me know if you would like Oppurtunity to move up within the up and coming Destiny Brigade.

Here's the Keys to building a Squad within Destiny. If it becomes any bigger than a Squad. It'll give you a chance to rank up. I have a recruit who knows a thing or two about Destiny, get with "Mocubitz". I'll be experimenting with the Sharpshooter & Expert for Destiny qualifications, so it can start to become something.

Now Shadow if you want come sit with me and come up with ideas for Sharpshooter & Expert.

Word how about defeating raid on normal for sharpshooter with a minimum of 10 deaths maybe and raid on hard for a min of 10 deaths for expert?
