New Private Messages Policy MUST READ !!!!

Due to the large amounts of private messages that I keep getting from registered members, recruits and even members of the clan I have implemented a feature that denies the following groups from sending private messages to anyone:

1. Registered Members
2. Recruits
3. Unregistered Members (guests)
4. Users Awaiting Email Confirmation
5. Users Awaiting Moderation
6. Banned members

Clan members "are" allowed to send private messages of course, but if I keep getting messages from anyone asking me questions through private messages "I WILL" suspend their permission to send private messages permanently.

Why am I doing this? All the questions regarding anything need to be asked on the forums, why?, because someone else might have the same question and it gets annoying and frustrating when you keep answering the same questions over and over again !!!

All current clan members need to remind and let the new members and recruits that they should only use private messages for that, "private messages" ... it is not intended to ask questions regarding your application, your awards and medals anything unless you have an issue or concern that needs "private" attention from someone !!!!!

So once again, all questions need to be asked in the proper forums ... only use the private message system to address private matters or exchange personal private information with other members .... Thank you all in advance !!!!!

I just added a minimum post requirement of 50 posts for everyone to even be allowed to use the private message system as well ....

And yes John, we need to really crack down and emphasize the importance of "ALL" questions having to be asked on the forums .. it will save everyone a lot of time that is spent on answering questions through private messages and it will be easier for everyone to find answers on the forums by just simply doing a search for their questions ...

I might raise the minimum post requirement even higher but for now it will be set at 50 posts on the forums to even be allowed to use the private message system ....

This should also help out recruits with their forum activity as well .....

I am also thinking of adding a specific amount of characters/words so that posts count towards a members post count .... I am still not sure how I want to do this one ...I will be putting my thinking cap on starting tonight on that one ....
