Honestly guys we all should be recruiting daily anyways not just one person a week. I'm not trying to sound like a dick. But this is something we all can do collectively.

I agree that we should all be doing it but it doesn't seem to be catching on so we need to find a new strategy to get people to remember. Other than just expecting it based on good will. More than one person hitting the battlelog forums daily is overkill. There are usually only one or two new posts from guys looking for clans everyday. Easy to keep up with if you hit the forum once every few days.

Everyone has good intentions but it just doesn't seem to happen unless people are in the mindset that they have a set time to be doing it. If someone slacks during their week it will surface because they won't have any GTs to post.

It literally took me 9 minutes to find these 9 gamertags on Battlelog of guys looking for clans and platoons. I copy pasted a message in the thread they created and sent them friend requests and an additional message on XBL from my phone. With the X1 Smartglass App it takes no time at all to use the find friends option and type in these tags. Then use the yellow canned reply in the original post to copy paste a xbl message.

All these guys are interested in people to play with on Xbox One. We need all hands on deck here boys. Friend these guys and send them a message inviting them to your games. Also make an effort to join theirs and start up conversation and PTFO. Direct them to the website and explain the Clan Application process to them.

I will be directing most of my efforts towards Whiskey and X1 for a while here as we need to band together and be strong in this time.
