Last contest was a flop! I am bringing this back for one more try so don't disappoint me! I at least want to see you guys try cause last time we have very minimal activity. I don't wanna hear you can't recruit! It's easy, just start a conversation with prospected member and go from there! I have A LOT of faith in you guys!

Starting TODAY I am holding a recruiting contest for the BF division X1 and on the 360.

Rules: When you get a recruit to sign up on the site you post there names here in this thread.

Recruit must complete the marksman qualification and trial period.

The contest will end on Saturday January 7th 2015

All BF members are allowed so Officers down to privates.

When you guys are recruiting make sure that you DO NOT recruit any member that is sporting a clan tag. We DO NOT step on other clans toes!

Also be aware when recruiting of age or more so maturity levels pertaining to the person you are trying to recruit.


The winner will be announced 2-3 weeks after the 7th of Jan.

The winner will receive a $20.00 Microsoft code.

I'll do what I can boss. I'm always on the lookout for good players to bring in, but I am carefull at the same time, because I don't want them to be a disaster, and give me/CAG a black eye. I'm about to have a bunch of extra time off for Christmas, and so will other people, so it should be a good opportunity to recruit because alot more people will be on playing.

Ok guys I would like to share my strategy that has been working for me for recruiting.

Actually what I think is a good idea is to have one person take every week and be implementing these strategies for the week. I may make a schedule in the near future.

Battlelog forums are your best tool for recruiting. What you are looking for is the forums section, then you will see a BF4 Platoon recruitment section (one for X1,360 and one for PS4,PS3). In this section you are looking for threads of guys looking for a clan or platoon, not clans looking for members. Reply with this canned reply:

We model our ranks after the military using a chain of command to keep peace and order.


We play tactically but also very casually, we are friends in this clan and we are looking for more mature people to join the ranks. K/D is not a concern for us. However we do not tolerate excessive raging or bad talking to other members.


CAG has been going strong since 2001 and has many members across all the recent games such as Battlefield, Destiny, and COD.

Add your gamertag where necessary of course.

The next step is to click the interested recruits profile page, add them as a friend on Battlelog and then send them a friend request on XBL/PSN . Then send them an additional message on XBL/PSN saying something like this:

Hey I saw on Battlelog you are looking for a platoon! Check us out at CAGCLAN.com. Feel free to join my games and see if you like playing with our members!


Then make a concentrated effort to join that persons games and invite them to your BF games and parties.

For those reading this on Tapatalk I have put the important information in RED and the canned replies in YELLOW.

I will also be making a new thread about this that I will be expecting everyone to reply with a R&U or FHY.
