Oh and on another note... Just to let you guys know here pretty soon I should be able to play with everyone more and work with recruits during the week too... I put in for a transfer on Tuesday which would put me working mornings so I will be on anywhere between 4 and 8 pm CST when this goes through

Hey FTL'S we need to get a bead on a couple of recruits here... CCx Killa Days and Wezel83.
Are they still wanting to be members, are they posting to the forums? Habe they completed their marksman games..... lets get a fire under them and see if they burn...lol

Killa sent me a message on XBL awhile back. She apologized to me and also thanked me for offering help in the opportunity to join a clan, but just didn't think that she wanted to stick around.
I will message her again to see if she has changed her mind.

I've played a fair amount with wezel (namely prior to this last CW). He seems to enjoy it, he is putting forth the effort and last I knew he wanted to continue pushing for it.

Thanks fpr the feedback guys, just remember to keep encouraging the recruits, cuz impersonally can vouch for how frustrating it can get at times when you want nothing but fo complete the marksman games but always come so close to the requirements. So let's keep it positive and gets these recruits into full members.
Also remember dont tell a recruit what to do when they are struggling that can make things worse.... just be there and reassure them not to worry the games will come, and if they ask for advice do your best to give them any help you can.
