I think we need to request that every new recruit that gets their marksman is requested for " adopting " 2 new recruits and help them get their marksman. Just a thought. What do you think.

REDLEG64 got his Marksman badge this morning and was awarded private first class. How much work would it be to list the members that make its class. I am planning to ask each member that makes it to adopt 2 new recruits and help them get their marksman. That will lighten the load on us and we will be able to work with more recruits at one time.
